parking lot, including separation of utilities for MEP. Site work includes selective demolition; general earthwork; erosion control; installation of storm and electrical utilities; installation of concrete pavements and curbs; installation of new asphalt
bike trail with concrete containment bands; installation of site furnishings; installation of limestone blocks and demolition of ATM building located on McKinley Ave. East of the existing parking lot. The project will include three (3) site-related alternates.

Repair work will include masonry repair and roofing with alternates taken for timber repair/replacement, window re-glazing, bollard installation.
All the necessary tools and materials are part of the project and to be provided by the Contractor. This project will be funded through the City’s Community Development Block Grant and the winning Bidder MUST NOT be debarred from federal work on the SAM.gov website. This project will be subject to prevailing wage per the Davis Bacon Wage Act.
